Last updated: February 2025. Please read these terms before using DengHub.
By connecting your wallet or using DengHub ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
DengHub provides a web interface for the Dengs NFT collection on ApeChain, including exploration, ownership management, token-gated tools (airdrop, token creator, DengAI), and related documentation. The Site interacts with your wallet and with smart contracts on ApeChain; we do not custody your assets.
You must use a compatible wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Rabby, Glyph) and ensure you are eligible for any token-gated features. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not store or have access to your keys or seed phrase.
Transactions you sign (transfers, burns, token creation, airdrops) are final and on-chain. Off-chain actions (e.g. renaming NFT metadata, DengAI image storage) are performed by our backend and may be subject to usage limits and audit logging as described in our documentation.
You may not use DengHub for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or to violate any applicable laws. You must not abuse rate limits, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the infrastructure.
The Site and related services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or outcomes of on-chain or off-chain operations. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DengHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transactions you conduct, including loss of funds or NFTs.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the Site or documentation.
For questions about these Terms of Service, please refer to the documentation or contact information provided on the DengHub site or official channels.
